Three generations and counting...
Our Director, Chris Jones, established Wessex-CC in 1984.
For nearly 40 years, Wessex-CC has been providing professional, timely and accurate costing advice. We provide construction commercial services to clients and contractors, both personal and corporate.
Chris has over 30 years of construction industry knowledge and in-depth experience of quantity surveying and commercial management. He spent his early years in construction within a chartered surveying practice and working for a national contractor.
Since becoming self-employed, he built his own successful surveying practice in London before relocating to Dorset. After relocating, he typically spends 1-3 days per week in London. During this time, he focuses on networking and growing his connections. Additionally, he also works on building new connections in the South-West region.
